Earlier this year, CJ spent a few months living in France and working on the production of a new song and video dedicated to the War Memorial at Villiers Bretoneux. The song is currently in production and the video, which was shot at the memorial, and other locations around France, will be released later in the year.
The infamous seedy streets of Hamburg are the setting for an upcoming song called simply “Reeperbahn”.
CJ recently spent some time in the infamous St. Pauli District, once the training ground for some of the greatest British rock bands (there’s still a Beatles Museum on the Reeperbahn), but these days the rock & roll seems to have largely disappeared, leaving just the sex & drugs. The song is kind of apocolyptic.
CJ’s latest video, WHEN YOU WERE SUSAN, is now online. The song was written and recorded in 2009 and the video was produced in 2011, with segments filmed in Florence, Paris, Lagrasse, Melbourne and the Gold Coast in Australia.
